Whitney Port says she loves to eat! She’s often so busy working, filming and creating her fashion line that she hardly has time to sit down for a meal. Throughout the day Whitney often grazes and snacks on healthy foods like popcorn and frozen yogurt.

Whitney likes to hit the gym three to four times a week to maintain her figure and destress. She says for her, going to the gym is about strength, not being skinny.
